The buyer agrees that:

1.        The puppy will be spayed or neutered when of proper age.

2.        I will provide proper veterinary care for the puppy.

3.        The puppy will have a proper amount of food and water daily.

4.        The puppy will stay at home until it has been properly vaccinated.

5.        This puppy is to be a companion only (not for guardian purposes)

6.        This puppy will not be shouted at or beaten.

The seller, in return for the above conditions agrees that:  

1.      Prospective caregiver to buy the above-mentioned Golden Retriever puppy.

2.      The puppy/dog may be returned to seller at any point in his/her life.

3.      Guarantee a complete refund if the puppy dies of a hereditary disease within 30 days of purchase or a half refund if within 60 days of purchase.
